AdTec, Administrative and Technical Consulting, Inc., founded in 1994 by Bob Carnal as an Indiana based consulting firm is now engaged in the business of Universal Service Fund/E-Rate Consultation and Capital Assets Inventory. There are four offices in Indiana (Centerville, La Porte, West Harrison, and Westfield) with additional offices in Sarasota, Florida, and Belleville, Michigan. Most of the 13 employees of AdTec have school and library backgrounds, some with more than twenty-five years of experience.
