AdTec, Administrative and Technical Consulting, Inc., founded in 1994 by Bob Carnal as an Indiana based consulting firm is now engaged in the business of Universal Service Fund/E-Rate Consultation and Capital Assets Inventory. We have seven office across the mid-west region, serving 600 clients. Most of the 15 employees of AdTec have school and library backgrounds, some with more than twenty-five years of experience.
